The week that was: 13-19 Dec 2021

Action packed week beginning with wedding anniversary on Monday, and closing some good deals through the week, to touch a major milestone for the Class that would graduate soon.

Full of surprises and all good ones to hold the week intact and emotions and adrenalin on the high through the week. It gives immense pleasure to see the gleaming faces of those who get offers, and also those others who keep congratulating the ones who got offers. As life would say, the ones who are yet in the process, give their best going forward on a continuous basis till they get what they deserve.

It is a time when your stress goes out of roof, and the kids sulk, as they would not get a realtime feedback from recruiters. While we can understand that it is not possible for the recruiting organisations to share feedback, individually, but my gut feel is that they could spend few moments to explain to the candidates, so that the candidates can improve on, going forward.
