WEEK 39: Open as usual.

Good morning #gardeners. Despite petrol related road chaos this morning, we are all here & ready for another week. Not much to report today. Nothing that we have not mentioned in recent posts anyway.

Autumn / winter #beddingplant, spring flowering #bulb, Autumn #vegetable #seed / #sets, #fruit tree, #shrub, #perennial #plant, #compost, #pots, #birdcare etc, stock levels are all excellent. Just what you would expect from us as we prepare to step from September into October.

On the nursery today we have finished out autumn production run so we have now returned to the on going tasks of weeding, pruning & labelling. General maintenance of greenhouses & irrigation systems are also on the agenda. All normal procedures for the coming winter period.

Now is when we also have chance to finalise production orders for the coming year. Our perennial plant orders are being placed & are already matching the 30 odd thousand plants that were grown during 2021. Next up will be the final 'honing' of the 2022 summer bedding & #patioplant orders.

We hope that you managed to get some #garden jobs done over the weekend as this coming week looks 'damp' to say the least.
