Google has also introduced format purchasing controls that allow brands to run campaigns only in the Shorts feed. Google has added a new “Creator Partnerships” tab, citing the potential for increased performance by partnering with content creators.

This tab allows you to manage your influencer and partnership marketing activities centrally. Google also plans to add third-party sales metrics to measure the performance of Shorts ads.
