One Windscreen Technician, Robert Craig, who has worked for Nationwide Motorglass for several years, explained just how much the flexibility of the role means to him. Whilst he has the freedom to arrange his own workday, Bobby still has a supportive team behind him should he need them. “The encouragement and support from the team behind me is next to none. Should I need support, it is always there, and if I do a good job, I’m told about it. The recognition makes me feel appreciated and encourages me to always provide the best service to customers.”

“I have a young family and the fact that there are no call outs is what originally attracted me to Nationwide Motorglass. Having to attend a call out late at night was having a very negative affect on my family life but at Nationwide that doesn’t happen which is great.”
