Meet Coach Mike

Mike has nearly 40 years of experience coaching, leading, and training teams. His broad knowledge, proven track record, and passion for coaching made him an exceptional match for FocalPoint after spending 35 years at Michelin and almost 5 years as an Army Infantry Officer.

Mike has coached teams from all areas of business (manufacturing, research and development, sales and marketing, and support services) as well as in several countries and cultures. He has led teams in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and personnel. He has leveraged coaching experience with Lean techniques to develop sustained continuous improvement culture through the engagement of people. He is committed to the power of diversity to drive business results and has led diversity and inclusion activities.

Mike partners with entrepreneurs, business owners, manufacturers, and leaders in support of them achieving their business and personal goals so that they can live the life they envision for themselves and those they support.
