Welcome to my "end-of-the-year thank you" email.

Do you find yourself giving to others like many friends, colleagues, and organizations have given to me? We may not have met yet, but I hope we will if this article resonates with you. Please enjoy, and thank you.

As I was writing this, I had a happy memory when I saw your email address, you are special to me. Please enjoy this brief overview. I will not mention names, but you will know who the gratitude is for without them. 

Because of referrals for work that I got or didn't get, an event you helped bring to life, a lunch with a good laugh, a zoom you said "yes" to, a kind message, or an in-person time we shared, I appreciate you. Your gifts to me helped make this past year spectacular. I especially enjoyed helping you launch your newest terminal.

In 2022, I was honored to be engaged for Juneteenth celebrations, women's ERG and BEN presentations, a Fortune 500 Vice Presidents' session, Authenticity, Business Building, Microaggression and Bias workshops, and the DE&I onboarding workshop for all new municipal employees of one of AZ's greatest cities. 

Returning from Asia to the pandemic, US clients, I thank you for the gift of trust you gave me. My TDE&IL (Transformation Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders) programs work exceptionally well. This past year, several organizations aligned their vision, mission, and desired results through this program for their departments, executives, staff, and boards of directors. In the interactive strategic planning and DE&I workshops, we collaboratively developed seriously productive results with moments of fun. 

I got a big boost of public relations coverage this year. Thank you to everyone who interviewed me, included me in their podcasts, shared my story, and made this possible. To a special friend: I read that you doubled your business and bought a company that brings science and metrics to the DE&I and Racial Justice space. Thank you. You are "lifting all boats."

The final gift. We made a Positively Powerful difference in October! Our Education Summit and Woman Awards held in the ASU football stadium's 365 Community Union got rave reviews and an invitation to return!
