Please join us in giving Lawrence Marc Chen a warm welcome! Lawrence graduated from the University of Kansas in 2018 with dual B.S. degrees in Chemical & Petroleum Engineering and Mathematics.

Driven by a passion for advancing solutions in engineering, he pursued a Ph.D. in Chemical & Biological Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing his doctorate in 2024.

What motivated you to apply for this role at our company?

This job was a great opportunity for me to use skills and knowledge gained from both my experimental research background in chemical engineering as well as my computational research background in applied mathematics.

When you are not working, what activities do you enjoy the most?

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, playing various instruments like violin, guitar, and piano, and going birdwatching.
