Welcoming Mia and Lena as the New Co-Leaders of the WESOS Orland Park Chapter

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the leadership and dedication to the Orland Park Chapter from Jessica Kleine . She has been a guiding light in our WESOS community, and while we will miss her immensely, we support her decision to focus on other priorities in her life. Thank you, Jessica, for your passion, hard work, and heart—you’ve left a lasting impact on all of us!

Now, we are thrilled to introduce the dynamic new co-leadership team for the Orland Park Chapter: Mia and Lena! This marks an exciting first for WESOS as we welcome co-leaders who work together both in WESOS and professionally. These two incredible women are part of the same team at @Properties in Orland Park, IL, Community Connections Group and they bring a unique synergy and shared enthusiasm to their leadership roles.

Meet Lena Matariyeh

Lena Matariyeh, a lifelong Chicagoan, brings an infectious warmth and energy to everything she does. Raised in the bustling heart of the city, Lena’s love for the Chicagoland area is evident in her extensive knowledge of its neighborhoods, culture, and people. As a mother of four young girls, Lena’s life is a balancing act of family, career, and community involvement—and she handles it all with grace and humor.

Lena’s passion for building connections shines in both her personal and professional life. Whether she’s hosting a family gathering, attending her daughters’ school events, or networking within the community, Lena thrives on creating meaningful relationships. Her ability to juggle the demands of motherhood with her work as a real estate expert is a testament to her dedication and strong work ethic.

One of the things Lena loves most about her work is helping others achieve their dreams—whether it’s finding the perfect home or fostering success in their personal lives. She brings this same sense of purpose to her new role as co-leader of the Orland Park Chapter. Lena’s vision for WESOS is rooted in collaboration, authenticity, and a shared commitment to uplifting one another.

Her approachable demeanor and genuine care for others make her a natural fit for the WESOS mission of collaboration and support. In her downtime, Mia enjoys exploring new cultures, spending quality time with her family, and staying active in her local community.
