Better Nature Tempeh, co-founded by Elin Roberts , has become the UK’s fastest-growing wholefood protein brand. The company has expanded its retail presence to over 1,000 supermarkets, including 700 Tesco stores and 300 Asda stores. Better Nature now represents 51% of tempeh sales growth in the UK and has seen a 250% year-on-year increase.

Oshi , a startup co-founded by Hila Elimelech, Ph.D , has moved its production to California. Specializing in plant-based salmon, Oshi uses modular layering to mimic salmon's texture. The company, which has raised $14.5M USD, plans to launch in US foodservice in 2024, expand to retail, and enter the EU market by 2027.
