What a change

The world is going nuts - not only does new technologies do change our way of living and working. Change is never easy and new behavior does follow an adaption curve.

Never the less, it is critical for all of us to adapt fast - faster than ever before, to embrace change and to love when new things comes around the corner! A mentor once told me, "you will see, that new solutions and changes of everyones behavior does cause a kind of inner tension!" In the coming weeks I was able to recognize, that my colleagues in the first moment sat in front of their new app. Saying, "Puh, why do they always change the tools?" And yes, it may be at first a short uncomfortable feeling, until they started with their first steps.

After a while they discover, that there are some advantages and that the tool is really easier, with a certain smile on their face. All tension is transferred into anxiety and a positive mind. The next times they worked with the new app has been still not really fast, but everytime it went faster and faster, was easier and easier to handle. The funny thing was, that after two months of constant usage they couldn't think about using the old tool ever again!

Now, whether it is a new app, process or just something else which just changed will come up and I know, that my teammates, you, the reader and myself will think about all the examples where we changed our behavior and remember, that after maybe a short tension at the beginning we felt easy and very often happy to be part of innovation!

Let's remember and welcome change in our life and use it to the best of our world and all the people!
