What to do next?
We're in a time where many aren't wanting to go from a situation they don't much love (even hate) into one they don't much love (even hate). Many want to figure out (maybe for the first time in their lives) what to do next.
As one client put it, "I knew every day for the last four years that I wasn't going to work in my major. And I don't want to make that same mistake again. Picking something that just isn't for me and then having to grind through it. But what to do next...that's where I'm stuck."
Another shared that truly he'd never had to figure out what's next. He finished school and a friend of his family reached out and said, "would you want to work for me?" He accepted and stayed there 8 years with that family friend as his CEO/Mentor and then the company was bought out but he remained with that organization till this day, 12 years later. But he hadn't been happy in a very long time. He didn't feel challenged and wasn't doing anything that remotely excited him. The company he worked for was amazing. It just wasn't amazing for him but what to do next...
Still another had gone from the bottom, literally to the top, in her career. She's achieve that "brass ring she was chasing." But once she got it, then the next year was just rehash of the previous year. And the next very much the same. Four years had gone by and she was feeling like she needed a new challenge but what to do next...
I want to help people figure that out. It's what I started my company, JobMorph. Embedded in the name is even the idea of making a change. Embedded in our company is the belief that with a team behind you, you can find the job to morph into. We're not recruiters trying to sell you on a particular job or organization or even eliminate you from consideration because you are not a fit for that job or organization. We're people you pay, completely and 100% on your side, helping you to figure out what to do next. We truly believe that a process of both searching inside-out and outside-in will yield the answer. That you will begin to figure out what you really want (and don't want) and that you will begin to explore what's out there in terms of job market, organizations, and roles. And that through that process, you will find that which lights you up, which feels just right for you, that which is your dream job.
For many people who hear about us for the first time, there's some trepidation about 3 things.

First, the fear that this is life coaching with a model of payment by the hour (or the 50 minutes) that's not sustainable for most people. It's not like that all. We charge one flat fee to be with you on this journey, however long it might take you.
Second, there's this fear that what I want may not be out there. We have seen that. We did have two clients who were truly desiring roles that just did not exist yet. Both were excited about very new industries but wanted very high paying (non-operational and non-sales) jobs in those industries. Unfortunately the companies couldn't yet sustain those roles yet. Both were able to find ways to offer their services in a consulting capacity. And both intend to re-activate their JobMorph account when the industry is ready for them. We charge one flat fee to be with you on this journey, however long it might take you.
Third, there's this fear that JobMorph requires me to know what I want to do next -- to have everything figured out. That's just not the case at all. For all clients, the first step is figuring out what's next. For some that process is pretty much done in 15 seconds. For others, that process takes what it takes. We would not work on the job search until you had clarity about what's next. Think of the program as having 3 stages:
We're in a time where people aren't wanting to go from a situation they don't much love (even hate) into one they don't much love (even hate). People what to figure out (maybe for the first time in their lives) what to do next.
And that's why we exist -- to be of service here, now, in this time.
