A friend who is curious, wanting to find out so badly what I do for my living.
After much thought, my answer, I’m in the LifE and Death Business!
Not surprising, I saw a confused face, as usual.
LifE business is what I could tied up the security and dignity, probably, to accumulate money to last 7000 days in their later years.
Death business is to convince the potential deceased to plan to create intentionally of what to give to their love ones. The how is always the confusion part. More often than not, the cost is always a big concern. And the most worrisome part is the potential conflicts might arise through their inadequate or insensitive planning for their life hereafter.
To have a balance of life and death advisory, I need a dedicated platform.
1️⃣ A product platform that provide comprehensive range products for my marketing, not to sell, but to match or to fill the gap of the potential concerns which the mass affluent & the HNWIs are facing.
2️⃣ A tech platform that to make life easy when come to life products comparison. This shorten our R&D curve and to sieve out suitable product based on our clientele advisory exploratory stage. In addition, we get to backtest suitable funds to help portfolio repair, if need to.
3️⃣ A mentorship platform to guide the aspirants to start off the right path, right teaching acquiring the right practice.
Not surprised to me, the next question popped up!
Do such environment “ACSIS” (exist) ?
Yes, of course. You need to have an iFA set up with a sound management team to have the foresight for future advisory business. Next, they are willing to invest in their business and in their people.
The belief of continuation to invest supporting system, we own LIME, iPlanner, Harvesz, iBoss, etc.
With effective systems and broad range of products to market, wouldn’t the newbies be confused?
Of course, confusion is natural.
But what I more concern is the apprentice might not be fully committed to be trained.
This is where mentorship step in!
It needs 2 hands to clap, if not, it become a slap when one hand is working or the other hand is lazing around.
