What does whole-hearted faith look like?
Jesus calls us to whole-heartedness. What does that look like?
Total surrender, throwing ourselves and our lives at the feet of Christ so he can do whatever he pleases with us. Jesus accomplishes much with (in and through) those who are totally available to him. God calls us to this life of surrender and whole-hearted love, worship, adoration and ministry right where we are, in our ordinary lives, in our struggles and sufferings and imperfections.
When God invites us to do anything, we must give him our "yes", even if we doubt we can do it, otherwise we sin. Any "no" we say to God has ramifications that are not good.
When we feel spiritually dry or confused or blocked, or if it seems like we're in a battle with demonic forces and our victory is elusive or temporary, it's often because we've said "no" to God somewhere, sometime, perhaps a long time ago.
When you're invited to do something good, do it! The Lord will work out the details. God equips us for success based on our "yes", not on our "maybe after I feel ready for it". Not sure if the invitation is from God? Say yes anyway! He'll protect you from doing what he is not asking you to do (if you're listening).
What do you need to repent from in order to give God your 100 percent very best? Go to the Sacrament of Confession for this before it's too late. All of this Saturday's readings remind us of the reality of death. Time is short. Why not give God your very best -- all the time, every day while he is still giving you time on earth to make a difference?
We could die at any moment. Even if we live to a very old age, will we be able to say that we gave God our very best? Time is precious, because the "now" moment is gone before we can finish saying the word "now".
This moment right now is a gift from God. And the next and the next and all the way until we reach eternity. Why not commit your life whole-heartedly to giving God your very best today? Right now!
Giving God our best starts with a personal relationship with Jesus as our Savior and Redeemer. But that is just the beginning. We also need to have a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit because this is the Person of God that Jesus gave us to empower us to be holy. The Holy Spirit guides us in our calling to continue the mission of Christ using. The Holy Spirit helps us to excel in the use of the gifts and talents and resources that God has given us.
Come Holy Spirit, renew me! Come Holy Spirit, fill me. Come Holy Spirit, help me to become whole-hearted in my faith. Come Holy Spirit, You have my permission to change me. Amen!
30 Days to the Father's Heart
When I began writing the book 30 Days to the Father's Heart two years ago, no one could have imagined the challenges we've all been dealing with this year. The pandemic. Being separated from Jesus in the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist. Fearsome news about riots and other evils. Prophetic warnings about Jesus coming and flooding the world with the Holy Spirit.
These have fertilized my own personal growth in my Father-daughter relationship with God. It's also reshaped the final chapters of the book, which have not been written yet because -- until now -- I wasn't inspired by the Holy Spirit to write them.
The original idea of publishing this only as a book has grown too. Praise the Lord! We've just launched a new website called 30 Days to the Father's Heart. Since the book is not ready for final publication, I feel it's important to get it out sooner due to the craziness of the world today, and what better way is there than through a website?
In the upcoming weeks, I'm going to give each chapter its final edit and post them, one at a time, on this website. By doing so, anyone can access the content. After the 30 chapters are complete, we'll publish the book for those who want it as a real book. And what's even better is that the website will make the book interactive! You can post comments, what related GNM videos, and if you ask questions I'll reply. You can even post comments right now!
Does this sound good to you? See the website at 30daystothefathersheart.com and get started by reading the book's insight-filled introduction. Be sure to sign up there to be notified when each chapter gets posted.
And while you're there, scroll to the bottom and tell the world why 30 Days to the Father's Heart is important to you.
2020 October's Rosary Campaign
You have loved ones who have left the Catholic Faith. We all do. You know people who have embraced the sinful lies of the Devil. Some of them are in the Church -- even in the hierarchy. In light of everything that's happening in our world today and what might soon happen (such as chastisements that will be very terrible for our loved ones who are not clinging to Christ), we must-must-must do many prayers and penances and sacrifices for the unfaithful, reaching out to them more than ever to bring them to Christ. This is why we are dedicating the 2020 October's Rosary Campaign for the conversion of our lost loved ones.
Join the Holy Rosary campaign by filling out the form at gnm.org/prayers/rosary-campaign.
As you know October is the Month of the Holy Rosary. We can expect many blessings from God when we offer up our daily Rosary for those who have been unfaithful to the Lord. If you're already praying the Rosary daily for other purposes (such as the pandemic or the US Presidential election), we hope you will mention this when you fill out the form.

Prayers for Your Lost Loved Ones
Who’s causing you to suffer because they have turned away from Christ and perhaps even from you and your family? Their rejection hurts and you feel the pain of knowing that their eternal soul is in danger. In Matthew 18:12-14, Jesus says that your Father in heaven is not willing that any of your lost loved ones should perish. Your prayers will be answered! In this episode, I provide hope and reassurance that your prayers for them do make a difference.
Pray with me as I share some very powerful prayers that conquer the demons who have pulled your loved ones away from Christ. This episode includes:
- Rosary of Liberation with Daily Prayer Offering
- Prayer of Authority to Conquer Demons
- Prayer For Release From Ancestral Curses
You can download and print these prayers from our website. To download them and to watch the video, go to gnm-media.org/prayers-for-your-lost-loved-ones.
