What Does Your Summer Self-Investment Look Like?💫
Dear Luminaries,
If you were out in the heat last week, you know Summer is in full swing! And if you’ve had a conversation with me recently, you likely know my new summer obsession is riding the bikes that many cities have to offer because even though that heat is a factor, I can’t resist being out in the sun. This is my summer self-investment.
It may not seem to help me directly in reflecting on my professional goals or another notion of what “investing in yourself” traditionally looks like, but I think it still counts. Why? Because it makes me happy, it makes me soak up the sun, it helps me explore, it allows me to think.
What does your Summer self-investment look like or even your plan for the Fall?
We all know there are things we don’t have control over so find the things you can, even if they feel small. For some of you, it might be thinking about the next step in your career, for others how to build your business, for many it might reconnecting to your network or spending time building it.
For those of you who have been following along, or maybe already even joined us, know that Luminary’s summer focus has been trying to meet as many amazing women and male allies (in-person!) as possible - our Members, our Corporate Members, partners and more.
