Launching the Workplace Intelligence Network
In this Caleb Parker Show episode I we published my recent Brave Ideas Live chat where I was joined by Elliot Gold , CoFounder and CEO of UK coworking operator, Work.Life , to discuss the launch of the WIN - Workspace Intelligence Network , a collaborative initiative aimed at sharing operational data among flex operators.
We explore the importance of data collection in the coworking sector, the need for trust and integrity in data sharing, and the potential for collaboration over competition.
As well as how investors and landlords will benefit from a more reliable data set.
How To Join
Elliot and I also cover the criteria for joining the network, the onboarding process, and the future plans for expanding the data set to provide valuable insights for operators and investors alike.

2moI first heard about the idea behind WIN when I met Jonathan Bevan at GCUC just over a year ago. We were on a panel with Yvonne Eruteya, Josie Baum, Vibushan Thirukumar, to talk about revenue. Jonathan was passionate then about the power of an industry. 13 months later, hours of work from Jonathan, Elliot and the operators who jumped in because they understand the power of shared industry data — spotting trends, benchmarking performance, and giving investors something solid to work with. It’s a smart move. Strong industries don’t just happen — they reflect demand, spark interest, and drive growth. Big shoutout to everyone pushing this forward. It’s a win (pun absolutely intended) for the whole sector.

2moI think WIN is fabulous idea, as it will offer more robust data to support investment and sustainable growth for flex operators. Of course, data is currently published free on LinkedIn through a number of sources, so does WIN aim to challenge any of these findings or keep the data to their consortium.?
