What is Kabbalistic Therapy (or Kabbalistic Coaching)?

Kabbalistic therapy/coaching is a method of internal search and clarification, which guides us on how to manage the different aspects and values and of our desires.

We apply kabbalah as a source of a methodology based on cause and effect. Progressively, the therapy opens a path to follow for the person to achieve his goals and objectives.

The general objective of this therapy is to be able to solve all challenges and questions of our present while living each day with satisfaction and tranquility.

What does Kabbalistic Therapy consist of and how is it practiced?

The premise of the kabbalistic therapy is that everything that happens to us is for the good and has an explanation that by its comprehension, satisfies the individual. This benefit delivers strength and focus in the decision making process, and provides the motivation and security to transform the desires into decrees.

Using dialog and discussion, a unique relationship between the therapist and the individual is created where self-discovery is encouraged. Searches, inquiries, observations and introspections (in kabbalah: birurim), leading us to acknowledge the problem and to align ourselves with the goal. We identify what works and what does not work, promoting firm actions or necessary compromises.

The resolution of our goals is achieved by freeing the present, allowing our aspirations, however complex or distant they may be, to reach an internal balance and stability (in kabbalah: central line).

The kabbalistic therapy provides tools to protect and to strengthen our present by seeking its independence. The present is independent, when it manifests itself released of a past that submerge us with memories and experiences, and when it is liberated from a future with alleged promises and expectations. The person who manages an independent present, perceives, evaluates and synthesizes the wishes of the now with clarity and autonomy, achieving success in his objectives.
