" Leadership is a quality, it never comes with designation it comes with ability say it's not important being a leader how many people you are leading but it's important because you are there how many people are coming with you, hence it's important to be inspirational and work without any expectation to become a leader. To me, If one can prove self without a level is a successful leader Life is all about growing and developing. No matter how old you get, there is always more to learn and ways that you can continue to grow. The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team. Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
