Looking at this list, effectively you need a strong employee value proposition. An EVP. It is the list you live by in the DNA of the company and includes most of the above & more.

TheEVP is a living & breathing document that is consistent for everyone in your company.

  • The SLT
  • The hiring managers
  • Line managers
  • your recruitment partners
  • you have this as a part of the decor, the language etc
  • Live & breathe the culture, the values, ...............
