What means to be Global Leader
To become a global leader, you need to deal with the complexity of this new era.
Because the difficult moment, humanity is facing, can be seen as an opportunity for a new perspective of thinking.
It is a challenge, but as a leader, you need to walk through the door.
I think you need not underestimate the spiritual dimension of the crisis. On one hand, without a social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without a spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism.
Nevertheless, integrity is the most valuable and respected quality of leadership. Always keep your word.
Most people do not realise no one is coming to save you. This life is 100% your responsibility.
Psychology says: When you focus on problems, you will have more problems. When you focus on possibilities, you will have more opportunities.
So, as a global leader, think of an idea to change our world and put it into action.
Because now, more than never, it is important to pay attention to education and medical management.
I believe we need to deal with the complexity of those times as much as on a vertical line, meaning political hierarchy and on a horizontal line, meaning society levels.
At this moment, when policies meet social needs, it creates a balance point to have long-lasting development fulfilment.
It is then more important to start creating specific leverage to support small businesses, the major drivers of the economy.
We have taken on a lot of responsibilities, adapting to teleworking, digitising and more, which has brought us many challenges.
To avoid growing vulnerable categories, we should apply a set of public policies supporting these segments.
Leadership and Influence in the global business have evolved dramatically through this Covid-19 year, with new super skills such as Emotional Intelligence and Legacy Leadership floating to the top of development agendas in all industries.
Many people have reinvented their businesses. This is a positive sign for 2022.
All these achievements are opportunities for us, you and me, to win the battle against our darkness and chaos, once and for all. This is the only war that matters. Because once we are victorious, free, happy and filled with Light inside, we will never cast a jealous or angry eye at anyone else on earth.
This year witnessed a profound transformation experience for every one of us and also for society.

We had time to develop our conscious adaptive to our thoughts’ vibe.
We are pushed to manifest unawakening potential to adapt to the new environment.
All life is a blind meeting, so we need to be ready to meet unexpected situations.
How we react to those challenges define us as a spiritual person.
We need to realise and feel that any obstacle in our life is only an opportunity to grow and learn.
Connecting to the energy of serenity and peace in life is a must in this period.
Connecting with the energy of the family will renew all spiritual ones.
Challenges are another opportunity to connect to your wisdom and embodied energy. Challenges cause us to discover the grit we are truly made of. Today, sit by yourself and take a couple of deep breaths.
The scientist of 18 century Sir James Dewar said “Minds are like parachutes. They only function when they are open.”
We came to Earth for a purpose. On this journey, it will take much time to raise our spirituality because our soul will go through pain, sadness, even depression reaching emotional collapse. In those ′′ sacred ′′ moments when human logic cannot let us heal the soul, we perceive the power of the spirit.
Today we have a huge opportunity to realise what spirituality is and escape earthly perceptions and decisions created by the world leaders of various organisations to achieve their personal goals rather than true love of mankind.
The coronavirus imposes on us, social behaviours we aren't used to and don’t welcome. It requires mutual responsibility. The virus opened a new era in our development, and every new phase is better and more evolved than its predecessor. It is another step in the advancement of humanity toward unity and cohesion.
For the most part, we inherently object to changes and prefer to stay in the complacent known. This dissonance we feel between where we want to stay and where reality is pulling us feels painful and intimidating, but the biggest mistake we make as individuals, societies, and governments is to deny the arrival of the new phase and try to force reality to stay where it was. It won’t.
Today, if we want to be happy, secure, and even healthy, we must embrace unity and mutual responsibility among all factions of society. The sooner we begin, the easier it will be for us to shift our mindsets from “me” to “we,” and ultimately to “one.”
