If you plan on selling your home in the near future, I have some great tips to share with you today. The first thing you should know is that overpricing your home can kill its sale before it begins. Even in a seller’s market, buyers don’t want to pay more on a home than it’s worth. Neglecting maintenance can further decrease your sale price. To learn all of my tips, watch this short video.
