What is a team without strong leadership?

If you’ve ever had a great boss, you know the importance of strong leadership and how it positively impacts your career. 1. Decisiveness: Know what you want from your team and how to get there. Your direction and decision making facilitates goal oriented objectives. Achieving these objectives as a team builds confidence and increases morale. 
2. Transparency: Transparency is essential with initiating plans, goals, and strategies. Open communication and group awareness improves the chances of success. Your team wants to understand the “big picture”.
3. Cooperative culture: Company cultures may vary, but a core principle is that everyone row’s in the same direction, working together to achieve the objective. Effective leaders demonstrate this cooperation by working as a member of the team and contributing to the common goal. Effective leaders will take the time to appreciate and provide feedback to their team, reinforcing this cooperative culture.
