What will be true on 1/5/25? What should get done by 4/15/25?

The middle of September is always a planning time.

There are 60 Days Until Nov 15th which begins the Holiday 45 day sled ride.

There is the wake up call of the first real week of the new year which is 110 Days out.

Finally there is the 7 month pole of Tax Day.

As you look at the different theatre's of your life, what will be true by those dates and what will have been accomplished?

I use the following template to help me outline and plan.

This template helps my teams not get overwhelmed by the diversity of tasks that can come at this time of year with a key trick being the time column.

Add it all up and seldom is it more than 40 hours worth of work.....got a week? Sure you do.

Just write it down, prioritize it and get to work.
