With the rise of remote and hybrid work, many employees no longer have to be in the office five days a week. In fact, 70% of employees polled in one survey by Eagle Hill Consulting group said their feelings about their day-to-day work experience affected their productivity, and 69% said it affected their ability to do meaningful work.
