What would it mean to lead with your heart, not just your head? #mojo

Our head usually wants to run the show but we have access to much more information in our heart and our bodies.

A simple example is when someone asks you to do something, your head will go through the analysis- pros and cons- and the answer is not always clear.

But if we pay attention for a moment to our heart, notice if it’s expanding or contracting? Do we feel a sense of joy, purpose, meaning (even if the thing we're being asked to do is challenging or hard for us) or are we feel with dread and a knowing that we don't want to?

Our heart and body gives us much more information to work with and make a decision that is aligned to our true purpose, rather than wanting to make others' happy (people pleasing).

We can start with opening our awareness and whatever comes up is fine, even if nothing comes up in the beginnning. Keep practicing. Keep checking.

Imagine leadership that beats with empathy, not just logic – where every decision pulses with genuine human connection.

So what if your most powerful leadership tool isn't a spreadsheet or a project management tool, but the ability to truly listen, feel, and understand the people you're guiding?

Share a moment when leading with heart made all the difference in your world – I'm eager to hear your story.
