What is your Scale Up score?

Learning agility is one of, if not THE, key differentiating attribute of successful scale up founders (along with ambition to scale!).

Founders and leaders (at any stage) who proactively pursue new knowledge (relevant to stage) are more likely to have a higher ScaleUp score than other founders and leaders, according to the Scaling Up global assessment database. i.e. read business books, attend events or have a mentor or coach for example.

Learning required at scale up stage is different. That is why I offer so many different programs and learning opportunities for Scale Up leaders.

What's a ScaleUp score?

The ScaleUp Score is based upon an assessment of different areas of your business influential to scaling and growth. ...and a more.

The Scaling Up assessment tool is based upon the Scaling Up methodology and the Rockefeller Habits (both books authored by Verne Harnish) and various other scientific and practical growth models.

It is also supplemented with practical advice and improvements made based on the experience from founders and experts across a thousands of fast-growing companies who have taken the assessment.

You will receive your Scaleup Score, plus a comprehensive analysis of your specific situation via a personalised report in PDF form within 24 hours of completing the assessment.

The report will contain unexpected, interesting and useful advice, for both personal and organizational development. However not all recommendations in your report can or should be actioned immediately. There is definitely an order and approach to implementing the recommendations and changes in your business to remove constraints, improve strategies and unlock higher levels of team performance.

Any data received will be stored anonymously and utilised as a benchmark only, with no direct link to you or your company.
