As the report notes, this puts Chase in the company of a range of businesses already selling ad space on their apps, websites, and other spaces, in many cases using shopper data to target messages and drive extra revenue..."”

I think the Klarna use of AI agents is the most consequential for me...its early adoption and demonstrated benefits is the tip of the iceberg. There will be more fast followers in 2025 in banks and CU , but risk management will be key.
