What can we expect in the future in terms of mortgage rates? This question is on many people’s minds, so today we sat down to discuss it. For the most part, experts don’t predict that rates are going to increase significantly anytime soon, though they may go up a little. Recently, they’ve been hovering around 3%, but even if they go up to 3.5%, that’s still the lowest they’ll have been since 1973.
