What’s Happening in Our Market?

Today I want to update you on what’s happening in our local real estate market. Overall, we’re seeing less activity in the north Orange County market. Homes are getting fewer showing after two weeks, and they’re receiving fewer offers than they were last year. However, it’s not all bad news; there’s something interesting happening with our interest rates. To hear more, watch this short video.
