Program Mission
The Great ADHD Reset is designed to helps ambitious ADHDers learn compassionate and sustainable solutions to working with their unique brain, so they can reclaim their life and navigate their career successfully on their own terms.

Cathy Rashidian, The Candid Empath, PCAC , PCC (she/her) - Certified executive coach trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). Host of the Proudly ADHD Podcast. Based in Calgary, Canada.

SEPT 22 - KICKOFF & 4 Agreements of ADHD Mastery - Meet your cohort, and explore the 4 Agreements of ADHD Mastery™ powerful, everyday principles to transform your experience of living with ADHD.
SEPT 29 - INSIDE THE ADHD BRAIN - Conduct self-assessments to identify your personal processing styles, and your drainers and drivers, so that you can feel more in control of your attention and energy.
OCT 6 - INNER POWER - Tap into your character strengths and learn how to tame your inner critic, to build confidence from the inside out so you can break free from the addiction to “do more,” “prove” and be “perfect.”
OCT 13 - GETTING SHIT DONE - Learn the ABC Method of ADHD-friendly productivity™ and explore techniques to manage your calendar and your energy, so you can feel more in control of your time and ability to get things done.
OCT 20 - THE USUAL SUSPECTS - Learn to spot and avoid “The Usual Suspects,” 👻 the unproductive patterns of behavior that haunt ADHDers in the workplace, so that you can stop falling into the same old traps and feel in control.
OCT 27 - HEALTHY BOUNDARIES & E.S.C.A.P.E. BURNOUT - Conduct a boundary self-assessment and create a healthy boundaries action plan so you can support your own well-being and the health of your workplace relationships. Learn the E.S.C.A.P.E. Framework and the 9 Rs of Burnout Prevention so that you can feel empowered to navigate the riptide of burnout in your career.
NOV 3 - SELF-ADVOCACY - Navigating disability disclosure and accommodations in the workplace, and practice effectively advocating for yourself and communicating your needs, so that you can feel supported in your role.
NOV 10 - LIVING YOUR TRUTH - Define success on your terms by exploring your values, purpose and creating your professional vision and mission statements, so that you can navigate your career and make choices with greater clarity and confidence.
NOV 17 - GRADUATION & SUSTAINING CHANGE - Final reflection, vision for the future you, strategies for sustaining change, closing of community.
