When someone asks you, "What do you do for work" – we get to say……..

Being a part of the Career and Life Transition Coaches from the LME Coaching team, we feel incredibly lucky to be able to say: "We help a broad range of incredibly talented and experienced professionals from multiple industries, (from blue-collar skills to senior executives), understand the ever-changing job market and navigate their way to their next career step.

What do we love about our roles? No two days are the same, every conversation is different, and we can truly support people as individuals. Being passionate about enabling people to be self-sufficient, essentially, 'teaching people to fish, rather than simply fishing for them,' so we use that philosophy in our coaching work. We keep our fingers on the pulse of what's happening in the job market and are constantly learning so we can share it (which we LOVE).

Things are ALWAYS changing; technology is evolving, so we must adapt our approach to what we do and move with the times. We get to use our creativity every day. We are constantly sourcing and creating new ways to connect our professional clients in transition by showing them how to personally brand themselves.
