When In Trouble, Communicate

Why was emergency solution invented?... Big reasons? Cool. The reasons are really important. And sure enough, the way using any of it is treated with seriousness, make their importance clear enough to, even a person who may not explain their technical justifications.

From 911 which can be dialled even when a mobile phone is locked, to fire alarms and then Mayday(said three times), which sailors and pilots use to signal urgent need for help when they are in life threatening situations. All the emergency solutions were invented to rescue people and properties that are in danger. Yeah. To rescue people who are in danger, etc.

This explains it all and should draw attention to some things that doesn't make sense to do. These include:

  • Not communicating when in any form of costly trouble
  • Seeing someone in trouble and looking past the person
  • Looking down on [ or humiliating] people who are battling with personal issue...

 

True that we should, as individuals, take the initiative to solve our problems. But no one can actually solve all the problems he or she encounters without the support of others. It has never happened and not sure anyone would want to be the one to set that record yet. So, we try to keep our own drive, through supporting others and through being supported.

 

This should make clear why being a boss doesn't mean battling alone until things get out of hand.

 

Must have figured out were this leads. Right? In career, growth is achieved in no other way than by mastering interpersonal relationships, self improvement and by doing a great job.

 

When battling with any aspect of that, one should not wait for things to continue to get out of hand.  Even if one rather wish to wait out of fear of the unknown or fear of asking or fear of rejection, opportunities won't be waiting though

Conclusion

The starting point to getting solution to problems fast is to not delay the taking emergency actions, as soon as you encounter problems. So when you're in trouble, seek help. In order to get support when you need it, Learn to work with people. Network. Learn. Support.
