When you change lives its more than a job!

I have my days of frustration at work like anyone else, but I feel like I am working for a special organisation with real essence and purpose. Our aim is to be a lighthouse and be a leader in customer service.

As I celebrate 4 years at Australian Hearing nothing covers more what we do than this amazing song and video, beautifully performed by our ambassador and my friend Troy Cassar -Daley and great footage put together by our marketing team in a project lead by Camille Bentley. Our catch cry is WHEN YOU CHANGE LIVES ITS MORE THAN A JOB! - It is not just a motto it is REAL. I am proud of the work we do at Australian Hearing and as we celebrate 70 years of serving the Australian Community in 2017 we can be proud of our past and confident in our future.

I have shed a few tears as our incredible Audiologists assist our clients on the hearing journey - watching a young girl and her face light up as a hearing aid is fitted for the first time is a moment I will forever treasure.

For those who have not seen this before enjoy - for those who have seen the video, enjoy it again.

Bringing change and being a part of change is the greatest feeling and reward beyond money but more so when that change brings a smile to anyone especially a child!
