When You Own Your Breath, You Own Your Life

We live in a time of unprecedented change, and never before have human beings had such easy access to the absolute best technology the world has to offer. This, combined with my passion for quantum biology, plant medicine, aromatherapy and music, led me down an unexpected path this year to become a certified breathwork instructor, and it's truly an honour to share this medicine with you.

Breathwork has been used by the great masters for thousands of years, and has recently been proven to be one of the safest and fastest ways to access and reprogram your subconscious mind, which is where all your beliefs, emotions, habits, reactions, and imagination are stored.

When it comes to creating real and lasting transformation in your life, the power of the subconscious mind is so incredible that, according to Dr Bruce Lipton, biologist and author of Biology of Belief, the subconscious mind is 500,000 times more powerful than the subconscious mind with a capacity to process 20 million bits of information per second. Consider that once you have access to your subconscious mind, how you program it dictates literally every aspect of your life (yes, it's completely possible to program and reprogram your own mind with breathwork).
