Nick's Perspective: "Joining the AI 2030 Initiative, my motivation is to shape AI and machine learning into tools that are not only effective in helping organizations achieve their objectives, but are also fair and equitable. Capitalizing on dramatic developments in AI does not have to be in tension with promoting the greater good. By grounding discussions of AI in ethical frameworks, we can create a more equitable society. I am confident that the AI 2030 Initiative's efforts will catalyze the industry, regulatory bodies, and academic institutions to adopt safe, responsible, and beneficial uses of AI. It's an honor to contribute to this transformative journey."
