The Stevie Kidd Pathway supports people and businesses in their quest for transformation and growth. We provide the skills for empowerment and the support needed to set and achieve goals in business and in one’s personal life. The Pathway is about discovering true happiness, absolute fulfilment and creating a legacy.

The Stevie Kidd Pathway is entrepreneurial-led and has over 40 years of knowledge and experience in growing businesses and understanding neurology. The Pathway is designed to bring new perspectives and innovation to your company and uncover any critical factors holding it back. We create new visions in individuals, teams and business areas that reignite

engagement, drive and individual responsibility. You become aware of your life and business potential by having a new framework and going beyond what you believe is possible on a global scale.

We as a business offer executive coaching led by entrepreneurs and international events - we wrap around these areas our ideas and methodologies of neurology, peak brain performance and external events to challenge participants to go beyond their current thinking.

Our protocol involves the challenge and development of five main areas:

3) Why did you choose to locate here at Hillington?

I can only be honest: I delivered a preferred supplier partnership presentation in 2006 to a global pharmaceutical business in these very offices; it was a presentation that saved the customer £20 million across the UK, gave them new thinking, and innovation into the business and cemented the long-term partnership. I was not in the centre back then, as it was called the innovation centre; however, I left that day being so impressed with the setup and support we received that I said I'd be in here one day. Ask yourself: Do your people and environment define you? Look around you, and how does your environment make you feel? This centre gives me that space to function optimally within my mind. We appreciate the building, the environment, the people, the fellow companies, and the energy in the centre. I also have to say that I sincerely appreciate the centre's cleanliness, so having all these aspects makes the decision much more accessible.

4) What’s on the horizon for your company?

We will build our portfolio of businesses we support across many sectors but expand growth in the UK and internationally.
