WHO IS YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE?

WHO IS YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE?

If we are a painter, a sculptor, a photographer, a writer, a teacher, a speaker, an athlete, a businesswoman, or a businessman, we have a target audience.

As a business owner, I was asked by a marketing consultant yesterday, “What is your target audience.” I was asked that as a writer too. Publishers want to know about the audience a writer's book is targeting toward.  The synonyms for target make it easier for me to understand—point, objective, intention, or purpose.

What is the main point, objective, intention, or purpose for my books, teaching my classes, and speaking engagements that are all part of my business, Love4love Ministry LLC?

Is making money my main point, objective, intention, or purpose? NO! I do not draw people by using the words, “You can prosper if you read my books, take my classes, or hear my words and wisdom at my speaking engagements.” I do not lead any post or video by writing or saying, “Learn how to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in one month or learn how to become a millionaire in one year.” When our main point and objective is money, then our posts and messages will be about money, and how much income a person can make will be our goal.

Hebrews 13:5-6 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. 6) So, say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”

Of course, all of us want to make money for all the work we do. Jesus said, “Every lawful worker is worth their wages.” No one's point, intention, objective, or purpose is to work for free and never make any money; that would be foolish thinking.

Is my main point wanting to please everyone and be loved, liked, or followed by everyone? NO, popularity is nowhere close to being the point, objective, intention, or purpose for my books, teaching my classes, or speaking engagements. Being popular has never been one of my points, intentions, objectives, or purpose in life. Being loved by God through Christ by His Holy Spirit and through His Holy Spirit is all I have been searching for, and whether it is one or more people loving me through His Holy Spirit, that is enough.

Luke 6:26 Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for this how their fathers treated the false prophets.

As a Christian with a teaching, writing, and speaking ministry business, called Love4love Ministry LLC, my answer to the question, “What is your target audience?”, is, “Those who are lost, feel alone, prideful, stubborn, ignorant, suffering, confused, and heartbroken. Also, a HUGE target audience is those who are following another spirit that is not the Holy Spirit and are living in deception. I lived years in deception, was lost, felt alone, was stubborn for all the wrong reasons, was ignorant, confused, and was heartbroken for years. My target audience is the people I used to be.

I asked the business marketing consultant, “How many people do you think that is?” He was silent, and I answered, “Billions!”

So, why don’t I have millions, billions, thousands, or even hundreds of people knocking on my door, texting me, contacting me to take my classes, buying and reading my first book,  A Spiritual Battle Between Two Bloodlines and the True Victor, or contacting me for speaking engagements?

These are some of the reasons the Holy Spirit reveals to me. Spiritual learning is personal, and not everyone wants to hear God’s personal Truth or share their personal spiritual journey. Most people believe their faith is their own business and do not want to share it. Others are deceived and do not know they are, and those that hear the truth want to continue in deception because they love the way they are being taught. They know they would have to give up their life, and many like the life they are living.

John 3:19 This is the judgment: that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness more than the Light for their works were evil. For everyone practicing wickedness hates the light and does not come to the Light, that his works may not be exposed. But the one doing the truth comes into the Light that his works may be revealed that they have been worked through God.

My prayer and hope are in Christ that we all desire to reach God's targeted audience so others will be drawn to our Heavenly Father through His Son by His Holy Spirit! I pray and hope each day of your life is full of His blessings of Truth, and you dust off what you do not need!

Such a question, one imagines, would probably, be offensive, to The Holy Spirit, who speaks, to the soul; heart; and spirit -- not the mind; the emotions; or physical self-satisfaction, of material existence
