Today, we are starting with Lucas Fernandes, our Community Engagement Manager. Let’s find out more about him and his work!

Can you tell us about your role?

Lucas:

I’m the Community Engagement Manager here, serving as the main contact for our community members and partners in Heilbronn. My responsibilities are connecting people within the startup network and the educational area. I also participate in community events in Heilbronn and Munich.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Lucas:

The best part is interacting with so many different people. I love having great conversations and helping to connect people with one another—it’s incredibly fulfilling.

What has been the most exciting project you worked on this year?

Lucas:

Definitely laying the foundation for our future communities! The vision we are shaping for what community looks like is super exciting. Stay tuned for some great updates in the coming weeks.

What was your professional highlight of 2024?

Lucas:

For me personally, moving from recruitment to Community Management, joining an amazing Marketing team and learning new things every day where my biggest highlights.

Lucas:

Our mission is clear: we aim to build more communities across our network and establish ourselves as a trusted partner in these spaces. It’s about creating meaningful connections and growing together.
