We’ll take this opportunity to introduce you to our newest member of the team, Sally Tredinnick!

Tell us about your role at WITZ

I have recently joined WITZ as Recruitment Manager and am so excited to be here – we have such a high performing team that our clients and candidates adore. I am excited to help grow our existing relationships and support our clients and candidates in finding the perfect match. I manage our team remotely from The Gold Coast, with regular trips down the East Coast.

What’s your background?

I have been in recruitment since graduating close to two decades ago (though I swear I’m still in my 20s!). Originally from the UK, I emigrated in 2013 and now call Australia home. I’ve recruited across many levels and industries, but the last few years have seen me specialising in fashion, retail, digital and consumer goods – such a fun industry to work in!

Why did you come to Who In The Zoo?

I can easily give you three reasons. The people, the specialism, and the flexibility.

The people – it’s very clear on speaking with anyone who works at WITZ that you’re speaking with a professional who cares. Close nit, but from all walks of life, the thing all of our team has in common is a desire to do the right thing by our clients and candidates and be successful because of it.

The specialism – I’ve always enjoyed working in this area of recruitment, but WITZ is special due to our unparalleled database, the likes of which I have never seen elsewhere. This means we are able to source the right candidates for the right positions both accurately and quickly – we aim to be a clients dream!

The flexibility - WITZ recognises that hard workers can work from anywhere and our staff are able to work in office and remotely,  coming together as a team

Who in the Zoo are you most like?

I have been likened to a Mama Bear many times. I am fiercely protective of my cubs, whether my cubs be my team, my candidates, or my clients. Always alert and keeping an eye out for opportunities, I like nothing more than connecting great people with great business !
