4yI'm sure there are business leaders that will respond to your article that they know the problems very well and how to solve them but it is due some business/budget/etc constraints it is hard to implement solutions. Businesses over time develop what we call it "Dominant Logic", which is a very strong and narrow way of viewing problems and a system of thoughts captive to the repetition of highly performing methods that where effective in the past. The more successful these methods were in the past, the stronger the logic and that's why we have witnessed the fall of giants in many industries (Kodak, Sony music, Radio Shack, Nokia, Yahoo, naming few in IT). A Problem Framing Workshop can really make a difference to break "existing dominant logic", business natives will quickly realise that the problems they identified aren't the real problems, some problems will even become opportunities and new development pathways.
