WHY DENIAL OF DEATH: FACE THE INEVITABLE WITHOUT FEAR
“Death is a stripping away of all that is not you. The secret of life is to "die before you die" --- and find that there is no death.”
― Eckhart Tolle
As human beings, we are constantly searching for meaning and purpose in our lives. We strive to achieve success, happiness, and fulfillment, yet we often overlook one inevitable aspect of our existence: death. In my book, "Why Denial of Death: Face the Inevitable without Fear". I delve into the complex topic of death and how our fear and denial of it shape our lives. Through extensive research and personal experiences, I explore the various ways in which humans comprehend the concept of death and how it ultimately affects our spiritual journey. Death is a universal truth that we cannot avoid or escape. It is the one thing that all living beings have in common. And yet, it remains one of the most feared and misunderstood aspects of life. We have been conditioned by the society to avoid talking about death or even thinking about it. We are taught to view it as something dark and ominous, rather than a natural part of the cycle of life.
But what if we were to change our perspective and face death head-on? What if we were to let go of our fear and denial and embrace death as a part of our journey?
