Why every company shoul emulated the Marvel Avengers Assemble Team.

As a father of two little kids, the past years I have become a new fan of Avengers and many others not so "cool" (Curious George is the best example).

The last night, my son asked me: Dad, what is your favorite Avenger?

I'ts not a simple question (for my boy, yes, but not for me).

I think all the companies should follow the Avengers team's example because:

- Smart office: Look at the Stark Tower! Every resource is sustainable, and users can get information in real time in any place of the building. In addition, information is assured to be almost impenetrably.

- JARVIS: Yep. JARVIS. The "core" of the tower and guide of Iron Man it's a very important part of every fight, development or success that needs a little more than superpowers or strength.

So, does why mi company need them? Imagine, one core or process unit that manages and works all the information that you and your people need. This means, the information of the systems that you use, and the new info that the core can generate (yes, a AI)

- Team: In Avengers team, every member has a superpower or specialty and a big ego (sound familiar?), but they work together. They fight and enjoy together.

Another point to remark: It is a team with diversity: Women, men, Asgardian people, gamma people, etc. All genres, all species are welcome.

- Leadership: Iron Man. A great leader but with a big ego. The point here is to remark that not only they have a leader, they have a team that goes to war with this leader. A team that trust in the leader it's crucial.

Do not miss the opportunity to learn from your children. Your imagination doesn't have a limit.
