But whatever the reasons, even when done with good intentions, they frequently come back and bite us. -- Instead, we should discipline ourselves to avoid dishonesty and bad behavior. -- Develop a list of characteristics that you want your personality to possess. -- 'Maturity' is developed by determining who you want to be and persevering until your achieve it.

Understanding and appreciating the harmful tendencies we share with all of humanity must lead us to acquiring a less judgmental attitude towards others and also our self. -- As the Bible teaches us, "For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard."
