Why Invest in Private Equity over Wall Street?

Why Invest in Private Equity over Wall Street?

Red Bull has the highest market share of any energy drink in the world.

What started in 1987 as a small, local niche company in Austria now sells over 6 billion cans a year.

Private investors raised $500,000 dollars to begin scaling operations, and today those early investors are billionaires.

That’s what happens when you get in early on something that goes big.

You don’t need Wall Street to get rich, you just need to get in with an up and coming private company to see life-changing money.

The guys that saw the potential of Microsoft in its early days were instant millionaires when Microsoft went public because they were ALREADY invested before the IPO.

Opportunities with private equity used to be more limited for everyday investors like yourself, but recently the SEC made new rules allowing non-millionaires to invest in private companies.

It’s something called Reg A…

and this loophole gives the little guy opportunity that only Wall Street had before.

This means that you are now in the same position as my friend Daymond John on Shark Tank, who gets to pick and choose which business ideas he wants to invest in.

Only YOU are the shark now, and I want to tell you about a lucrative opportunity.

I have a business, and here’s how it works:

At Cardone Capital one of our taglines is “Making big deals available to everyday investors.”

We’re a real estate venture raising money from the public by launching public equity funds in which small investors like yourself can purchase units/shares.

The money we collect is used to purchase existing income-generating properties, and the earnings are shared with you as regular monthly distributions.

Basically, what all this means is you get consistent cash flow as you wait for appreciation.

You’re literally buying a piece of a business—only this business doesn’t depend on the economy because everyone needs a place to live even in bad economies.

And when I take Cardone Capital to Wall Street one day, you will be already on the INSIDE.

Imagine having the same feeling that venture capitalists have on the morning when their stock starts trading.

Instant payday.

Great advice from Cardone on investing in private equity companies rather then Wall Street Equities. Although there is a lot more risk in private equity if you believe in the future of your investment and the impact it will have (like Microsoft) then your return is truly limitless.

Red Bull actually started in Thailand, but the Austians made it a worldwide success!
