3 Timeless Takeaways.

  1. Help people feel successful and that includes helping yourself feel successful. That includes a spouse, your family, your colleagues, your boss. If you help people feel successful, that builds the relationship and builds them closer to you but also it helps them overcome fear and anxiety. However, you have to do it in a way that's sincere and unique for different people.
  2. Focus, focus, focus. The narrower you are focused early on, the more chance you have to succeed.
  3. Don't beat yourself up! It's part of helping yourself be successful and you learn things when you learn things. For yourself and also others, everyone does the best they can and nobody tries to screw up. It really helps you and when you have compassion for other people and ultimately makes you more successful.

2 Inspirational Quotes

  1. When people do small behaviours and feel successful, their identity shifts. They start to see themselves as the kind of person who can keep going with good habits, which has a larger ripple effect on their lives.
  2. Help people do what they already want to do. What's very difficult is to get somebody motivated to do something on a consistent basis they don't want to do.
