Why is the UAE So Blessed?

Why is the UAE So Blessed?

Why is the UAE So Blessed?

More than 200 nationalities are living and working in the UAE, making it home to one of the world's highest percentage of expats.

Dubai has always captivated the world with its development and impressively diverse population, which cannot be found in any part of the world.

As H.H Sheikh Zayed used to say: "The livelihood is from God, the money is God's, the land is God's, the grace is God's, we are all God's creation, and he who has trusted God will never be failed, and those who come to us are welcome."

You need more of such a statement to believe that this land is blessed?

You have a leadership in the UAE who put God All Mighty first in whatever they plan or do. They believe in richness by diversity. They believe in sharing goods as a human being.

For those who say Dubai is finished and I continue receiving many articles about it, I would like to say that I heard you saying the same during the global economic crisis in 2008-2009, and some of you had left the country at that time. However, do you remember coming back at the first business opportunity? Weren't you saying we miss Dubai and its Charm?

My friends Dubai is not an isolated Island from the rest of the world, it will inevitably be impacted by whatever happens around it, it was in 2008, it is today by the COVID-19 and will be in the future.

However, what makes Dubai unique is that its leaders are always proactive and visionary at the same time. They know well how to manage any crisis, to embrace any change and adapt to any new situation.

And this what's make Dubai and the UAE unique and blessed.

It is blessed by its nice Emirati people where I have many friends between them; they only think positively; they trust that their leaders will always Innovate and Create opportunities in the mid of the crisis. Their main concern during this Pandemic was to make sure that everyone in the country is safe and have proper food, medicines, and education.

And you want more reasons to say that the UAE is blessed? Yes and One Thousand yes, they are blessed because they are humans.

We can be all human beings, but few of us can be human.

My recommendations to my fellow friends and readers, don't listen to those negative rumors, just ignore them whenever received, I am not telling you that we are in a normal situation and to close your eyes and just dream that tomorrow we will wake up and everything will be great, and we will back to our previous life. Believe me, this will never happen, and as H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum said "Anyone who thinks that the world after COVID-19 will be the same as the one before it is mistaken,"; that the challenges come to us to make us better not bitter and there are wisdom and opportunities in challenges, you must look for them.

H.H also highlighted that the UAE will review the structure and size of its government as part of its strategy for dealing with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. "We may merge ministries and alter bodies. We will make changes. We need a more agile, flexible and speedy government," His Highness added.

We need to work Smart and Hard at these unprecedented times and we are lucky to have a government which is Agile and acting like a beehive day and night to make sure we as expats and citizens living and working in the UAE will have the right legislation and platforms to support us in the new life once this Pandemic ends.

What we need to do is to think positively, transform ourselves and our companies to be more creative, and position new business models to tackle new consumers and enterprises' current and future needs.

Finally, I will close by saying that life will always be full of challenges, but these challenges are only given to us because God knows that our faith is strong enough to get us through them.

Believe in yourselves, have trust in the UAE forward-thinking leaders and you will see how tomorrow will be for sure better!
