👉 I have witnessed work demand increase rapidly for every company in the growth stage. The decisions and attitudes of visionary leaders in this stage set them apart from the average leaders.

This is what average managers/leaders will do; they will act like a funnel that puts all the pressure on the team👇

❌ As the work increases, they start giving relentless deadlines to their teams. Instead of focusing on the well-being of the staff, deadlines become the focus.

❌ Meetings are organized to discuss even the most minor matters, and employees are bombarded with requests for new projects.
