Make sure that any credit offered on the MLS is also in your initial offer.

Why You Need To Restate MLS Terms In Your Offer

If credit is offered on the MLS, you have to make sure that credit is in your offer on the home as well. Agents aren’t obliged to provide credit they offered on the MLS if you don’t put that in your initial offer. Worst case, this could mean they thought you were intentionally waiving it and may send the deal back to negotiations. Make sure you check that credit and other terms like it are mentioned in the offer as well.
