I always find exercise make such a difference to my body, mind and spirit. It’s a great energy clearing tool & helps the body function at its fullest. Whenever I don’t exercise I hold onto a lot more stuff that I really could let go of!

Great article Poornima Vamsi . I exercise regularly a and whilst I love the physical benefits, I love the mental benefits even more. Exercise is medicine for the mind, body and soul. As once you find the form of exercise you really enjoy doing, it’s so much fun too. Things, including health and wellbeing, are made out to be so overily complicated by so many in the mainstream industries. Yet it’s so much simpler than we think and so much is in our control. Especially when it comes to our own health and wellbeing.
