Highly needed, but im sure there is a shortage of timb. AECs and this puts many "old-school/concrete" AECs from transitioning to timber-CLT ... Of course, by doing projects with professionals, ie Ergodomus the quality service is provided...maybe forming a kind of "Rent-a-TimberAEC" that goes around would help the not too sure offices, to convert from concrete to timber-clt.. A kind of pre-contract "good will" service that will contribute to less concrete projects, more wood. Of course, by contract award, can be deducted from the total sum...bind BIM to it, would be attractive ? A win-win for all sides
