The Wind-proof Module is Here!

The Wind-proof Module is Here!

On May 24, the 16th (2023) SNEC International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition was held in Shanghai. Jolywood brings new products included the "wind-proof module" and NIWA series household module, with its advanced n-type technology to exploring green energy and striving for a low-carbon future.

The Jolywood booth was swamped with visitors from all over the world who were very impressed by the n-type technology and the company’s reliable products. They were curious about Jolywood’s "secret" for green energy and low-carbon living, with many of them signing strategic cooperation agreements to embark on their own low-carbon journey.

Technological Innovation, Zero-Carbon Future

Lin Jianwei, vice chairman and president of Jolywood, delivered the opening speech. He shared the development process of the n-type technology, as well on the potential of solar power and the future of green energy.

Mr. Lin confirmed that Jolywood has always adhered to a corporate philosophy of "low carbon, energy savings, and technological innovation", committed to developing effective, low-carbon, reliable products with its N-type TOPCon technology

A New Module, Going Against the Wind

Jolywood’s wind-proof module at the “Super-Effective, Super Low-Carbon”Technology Summit made its debut at the SNEC booth. The product is based on J-TOPCon 2.0 technology, combined with an integrated wind-proof frame, 0BB cell, CeraGuard backsheet and many other advanced technologies.

The frame features the BACKBONE elastic cavity design, enabling it to absorb load and buffer pressure, thus effectively resisting dynamic wind changes. Compared with traditional photovoltaic modules, the wind-proof module features 2.0-3.2mm glass and a 300+ um CeraGuard backsheet which is super hard and ultra-low carbon. Compared with double-glass modules, the wind-proof module offers an increase of 1.29% in the power generated by a single panel, while weight is reduced by 10-20%. This reduces the risk of excessive roof pressure and is aligned with green and low-carbon lifestyles.

This super wind-proof, ultra-low-carbon, ultra-efficient and ultra-lightweight PV module represents a new breakthrough for PV systems, and is a prime example of technological innovation for the industry.

Excellent Strength, Reliable Guarantee

With its outstanding product reliability and performance, Jolywood was honored as the “Best-Performance Enterprise” by the PV Evolution Labs (PVEL). PVEL is the world's most authoritative independent photovoltaic module testing laboratory. It evaluates the reliability and performance of photovoltaic modules every year through demanding tests which are of a higher standard than the IEC certification. It is a major benchmark within the industry for measuring the long-term reliability of photovoltaic modules. Strict testing conditions mean that only a few photovoltaic manufacturers can win the honor of "best performance" , further proof of the capabilities of Jolywood modules.

Also, Jolywood’s technical prowess and market influence are also perfectly aligned with the certification standards of CQC, and signed a contract at the SENC exhibition. With this strategic cooperation, Jolywood will be able to provide high quality and reliability products for customers throughout the world.

Jolywood is a world leader in N-type bi-facial module technology, and has mastered in N-type TOPCon, NIBC, TBC and other designs, obtaining intellectual property rights for the N-type technology. To date, a total of 7GW of cells and modules have been shipped, and Jolywood products have been marketed in over 50 countries and regions. Focusing on advanced photovoltaic technology and process design, Jolywood strives to provide the most energy-saving, efficient and environmental products through technological upgrades and cost optimization programs, thus bringing photovoltaic energy to daily life.

Jolywood is a great company, but the company has no customer service. If customers have problems, they have nowhere to go. Emails are also not responded to.
